James A. Judge, 71, Enjoyed golfing, water and snow skiing
James A. Judge, 71, of Avon Lake passed away Tuesday, November 26 at the Cleveland Clinic following a nine-month illness. He was born August 21, 1931 in Cleveland and moved to Avon Lake in 1977 coming from Fairview Park. He was a graduate of Cathedral Latin High School in Cleveland and served in the Navy Reserve Submarine Division 4-92, Cleveland from 1951-1959. Mr. Judge was employed as a Real Estate Broker for 36 years, retiring from Realty One. He sold new construction for Kopf Construction, Avon Lake. Prior to working as a Realtor he was employed as a meatcutter with the family business, Judge and Brihan Bi-Rite in Cleveland. His family parish was St. Stephen Church in Cleveland and he was a member of St. Joseph Church, Avon Lake. He enjoyed golfing, water and snow skiing.

Lee was a former Chaplain of the American Legion, Post 211 Avon Lake. She enjoyed bowling, knitting and horseback riding.

He was born July 8, 1919 in Elyria and moved to Avon Lake in 1957 coming from Ann Arbor Michigan. He was a graduate of the University of Michigan and served in the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant during World War II. Dale was employed as an engineer for Ford Motor Company for thirty years. He was a member of the Friends of the Avon Lake Library and treasurer for the Lively Avon Lakers. He enjoyed cooking and traveling.
