Mrs. Menges, was born August 17, 1922 in Avon Lake, and has been a life long Avon Lake resident. She had worked as a cook at Troy Intermediate School, Avon Lake and then as a custodial aid throughout the Avon Lake School System, retiring in 1983. She had also worked for a time for Novotny Catering, Avon Lake.
