Roberta Super, 87, Known for Her Vocal Talents

Baba was born in Lorain and graduated from Clearview High School in 1955. She was a member and an integral fiber of the Hungarian Reformed Church, taking on various roles including the church secretary, a consistory member for 15 years, and most commonly known as the church organist for 40 years. She was well known for her vocal talents, performing at church events, the International Festival, the Lorain Community Hospital Follies, many weddings, and other festive events.
After retirement she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and close friends, reading, and doing crossword puzzles.
She leaves behind her children Laura Policz of Lorain, Christine Super of Lorain, Edward Super (Debbie) of North Port, FL, grandchildren Ashley Carrion (Jesse), Turners Station, KY, Jaime Andrews (Ian) of Cleveland, OH, Bryan Policz of Amherst, OH, Jessica Super of Lakewood, OH, and Sarah Super of Lorain, along with 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Super of 25 years and parents Sidney and Stella Kalassay.
The family will hold an open house luncheon at her home to celebrate her life on Sunday June 29, 2025 from 2:00-5:00 pm.
