Darlene M. Drwal, 72, Devoted Daughter, Loving Sister, Beloved Aunt, and Cherished Friend

Darlene was a devoted daughter, loving sister, beloved aunt and cherished friend. Her life was a testament to strength, independence and a passion for living authentically.

Darlene worked tirelessly throughout her 40 plus year career as a nurse, demonstrating compassion, resilience, and a steadfast dedication to helping others. Her work ethic and commitment left a lasting impact on those she served and worked alongside.

She had a love for travel and discovery that took her to many places around the world. She collected treasures and memories from her journeys, reflecting her appreciation for beauty, culture and unique experiences. Her love for fashion and her keen eye for detail added vibrance to her life.

Darlene shared a special bond with her nieces and nephews, whom she deeply loved. They brought her immense joy, and she cherished the time spent with them, always celebrating their successes.

She is survived by her brothers: Jerry Drabiak (Barb) and Ted Drabiak (Sandy), sister Barb Lowden (Don) along with her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Peter & Helen Drabiak (nee Pittak) and her brother Daniel Drabiak.

At Darlene’s request, there will be no services at this time. A memorial mass in her honor will be held for family and friends at a later date.

Darlene’s adventurous spirit, strong will, and caring heart will be remembered by all who knew her. Her memory will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched. She will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered.
