Sherri A. Hutlock, 46, Enjoyed Reading and Socializing
Sherri A. Hutlock (nee Matos), 46, of Lorain, died Monday September 5, 2016 at her home.
She was born November 4, 1969 in Amherst and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident.
Sherri graduated from Lorain High School in 1988 and attended Bowling Green State University where she earned a Bachelor Degree in Education in 1993. She earned her Master’s Degree from Ashland University.
Sherri began her teaching career in 1993 working as an Intervention Specialist in the Lorain School System. In 2009, she worked as a Pupil Services Supervisor in the Lorain middle schools, high school and private schools.
She enjoyed reading, socializing and meeting friends for dinner.
She is survived by her husband of 8 years Brent Hutlock; daughters: Madison Kopp and Emily Hutlock; parents Richard and Marilyn Matos (nee Liszak) of Lorain; brothers: Michael Matos (Cherie) of Amherst, Christopher Matos of North Carolina and Jeffrey Matos of Missouri and 9 nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday September 11th from 2:00-7:00 pm at the Italian-American Veterans Post #1 Social Hall, 4567 Oberlin Ave, Lorain.
