Anthony J. D'Orazio, 65, Played Accordion, Keyboard and Piano

He was born on February 7, 1951 in Canton but spent most of his life as a resident of Lorain.
Mr. D'Orazio graduated in the last class of St. Mary's High School in 1969. He received his pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University and upon graduation became a pharmacist at National Pharmacy in Lorain. Tony made a career change in 1980 and went into business as a Vice President at Ohio Bell. He was transferred to New Jersey during his time with Bell, and then moved back to his hometown in 1992, returning to pharmacy at Drug Mart.
Mr. D'Orazio was an active member of the Catholic Church of St. Peter in Lorain. He was in a band called the Castaways who performed at weddings and other events. He played accordion, keyboard and piano in the band, and music was a big part of who he was. When he wasn't working and playing in the band, he devoted time to the free clinic to give back to the community. He was a dedicated caretaker of his mother and father before their passing.
