Marjorie J. Webber, 84, Enjoyed Traveling & Visiting Friends and Relatives

Photo of Marjorie J. Webber Marjorie J. Webber, 84, (nee Larson) passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at her home where she was cared for by her son and grandson.

Mrs. Webber was born in Kandyohi, MN on December 5, 1931, the daughter of the late Ferdinand & Ruth (nee Bergquist) Larson. She graduated from Wilmar High School in Wilmar, MN and attained an Associates Degree in Sociology from Lorain County Community College.

She enjoyed her work as a landlady and property manager. When her first husband was alive, they ran a Bed and Breakfast.

Mrs. Webber was a member of the Farm Bureau, Audubon Society, several churches and contributed to the free lunch and dinner programs. She was also a volunteer for Second Harvest which provides meals to the needy.

Her hobbies were cooking, gardening, quilting, knitting and sewing. She was environmentally conscious and enjoyed traveling and visiting friends and relatives domestically and abroad. She played piano for church and for her own enjoyment and most recently, she participated in two separate bell choirs that performed around the county during the winter holiday season.

Mrs. Webber is survived by her daughter Rani C. Isaac (Henry) of Sacramento, CA., son Eric P. Isaac (Cristina) of Segrate, Italy, grandchildren Susanna Isaac and Nathan T. Hart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Simon J. Isaac (known as Jay) in 1993, her second husband Freeman Webber in 2002, brother Earl (Bud) Larson and sister Eileen Johnson.

A Memorial Service will be held for her at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 28, 2016 in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funeral, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain with Rev. Jimmy Madsen, pastor of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, officiating.
