Mona Lisa Del Valle, 52, Loved Spending Time With Grandchildren
Mona Lisa Del Valle, 52, formerly of Lorain, passed away Sunday July 31, 2016 in Sun Tan Valley, Arizona following a lengthy illness.
She was born August 22, 1963 in Lorain. Mona graduated from Southview High School in 1981. She moved to Chandler, Arizona in 2008 and recently to Sun Tan Valley. Mona worked as an Admissions Coordinator for Brookdale Senior Living in Chandler.
Mona was a member of Sacred Heart Chapel, Lorain and served as a Eucharistic Minister. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Mona is survived by her son Angel Santiago of Lorain; sisters Brenda Del Valle of Lorain and Lillian Yee of Grafton; grandchildren Melinda, Christian, Isabella, Atli and Logan, 4 nephews and a niece.
She was preceded in death by her parents Santos and Thelma (née Whitlock) Del Valle and a brother Charlie Whitlock.
A memorial service will be Thursday, August, 11 at 10 AM in the Richard J. Reidy Funeral home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain. Deacon Tony Degracia of Sacred Heart Chapel, Lorain will officiate.
