Donna J. Goodman, 63, Enjoyed Garage Sales and Cooking
Donna J. Goodman, 63, (nee Barefield) of Lorain passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Elyria Memorial Hospital Regional Medical Center following a long illness.
She was born in Lorain on September 3, 1952, the daughter of the late Ernest and Juanita P. (nee Milligan) Barefield. She was a self employed as a house cleaner. She enjoyed garage sales, cooking, cleaning, being with grand kids, scratching lottery tickets, and playing poker.
Donna is survived by a daughter, Sarah (Nelson) Marquez of Lorain, a son, Eugene E. (Tasha) Goodman, of Portage, IN, her grandchildren Elasia, Nevaeh, Noah, Nyjae, Noel, great grandchildren Makenna, Stefan Jr. and sisters Barbara (Roger) Johnson, and Cathy (Dave) Dieterich all of Lorain.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Darrell Goodman in 2003 and her brother Allen Barefield in 2007.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 25, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until services at 6:00 p.m. in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain.
Burial will be at a later date.
