Dorothy Mae Taylor, 88, Enjoyed Traveling

Dorothy was born May 20, 1927 in Paducah, Kentucky. She came to Lorain in 1954. Dorothy was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church and the former Trinity Baptist Church of Lorain. She was active in the nursery for many years and sang in the choir.
Dorothy enjoyed traveling and the Cleveland Indians. She was devoted to her family.
She will be deeply missed by her son Ron and her loving and devoted daughter-in-law Rosemary Taylor of Amherst; grandchildren Jerrod and Jolene (Eddie Ortiz)Taylor and Kimberly (Mike) Fish; great grandchildren Ava, Sophia, Layla, Brandi, Joe, Michael, Jessika, and Rosemary; great great grandchildren Michael, Bailey and Owen.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years Ollie W. Bob Taylor in 1998; her parents Rev. John and Carrie (née King) Clark; brothers Gradis, James, Johnny and Robert Clark and sisters Dulcie, Gladys, Jean, Pat and Betty.
Her Family will receive friends Friday, April 15, 2015 from 10 AM until time of her funeral service at 11:30 AM in Fellowship Baptist Church, 5046 Broadway Avenue, Lorain. Rev. Orlando Collazo, Pastor will officiate. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Garden, Avon.
Her family suggests memorial contributions to the Fellowship Baptist Church.
