Nelson Navarro de Jesus, 53, Will be Deeply Missed

He was born January 30, 1963 in Lorain and was a lifelong resident. Nelson graduated from Southview High School in 1981. He attended Borromeo Seminary.

Nelson worked as a customer relations representative for Teletech, May Co. and Quadax.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Chapel, Lorain. He played football at Southview. He enjoyed cooking and Cleveland sports teams. He was intelligent with a wry sense of humor and generous and charitable.

He will be missed deeply by his stepson Jaeden White of Lorain; his father Regino Navarro of Lorain; brothers José Navarro of Texas, Miguel Navarro, Hector (Carmen) Navarro and Gilberto (Diana) Navarro all of Lorain, Roberto (Sandy) Navarro and Regino (Gladys) Navarro, Jr. both of Kentucky; sisters Lucia (Tony) Morell and Carmen Ramos of Florida, Iris Candelario, Judith (Luis) Figueroa, Silvia (Richard) Williams and Angela Navarro all of Lorain and many nieces and nephews.

Nelson was preceded in death by his mother Natividad de Jesus in 2007.

His family will receive friends Saturday, February 27 from 8:30 until Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM at Sacred Heart Chapel, 3401 Pearl Avenue, Lorain. Rev. Father William A. Thaden Pastor will be celebrant. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
