William R. �Bill� Glover, 78, Active member of Faith United Methodist Church and the Lorain Senior Fellowship and Singing Seniors

He was born May 18, 1937 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania to Jesse and Verna (née Nedrow) Glover. He moved to Ohio in 1955 and married Barbara Greco in 1958. Bill worked for Lorain Ford Assembly plant for over 30 years retiring in 1990. He was a very active member of Faith United Methodist Church, Lorain and was active in the Lorain Senior Fellowship and Singing Seniors. Bill loved music, spending many years in a country western band and loved his Friday night jam sessions.
Bill will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 57 years Barbara; daughters Cindy (husband Keith Brown) Glover, Joy (Ricky) Doyle; sons Jeffery (wife Nicki Bucceri) Glover and Jason (Amy) Glover, a sister Evalou Balchak of Uniontown; grandchildren Lindsey, Kevin, Owen, Dylan, Jayme, Jaxon, Jennifer and Eric; great grandsons Austin and Justin and nieces and nephews.
Other than his parents Bill was preceded by his sisters Blanche, Eleanor, Ethel, Betty and Mary and a brother James.
His family will receive friends Friday, July 31 from 4 to 7 PM in Richard J. Reidy Funeral Home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain. Bill’s funeral service will be 10 AM Saturday, August 1 at the funeral home. Rev. Karen Hollingsworth, Pastor of Faith United Methodist Church and Lisa Morrison of Lighthouse United Church of Christ, Lorain will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Amherst Township.
