Doris E. Tolento, 84, Loved singing and baking
Doris E. Tolento (née Graham), 84 of Lorain, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, June 10, 2015 in St. John Medical Centre, Westlake following a sudden illness.
She was born November 9, 1930 in Lorain. Doris was a lifelong Lorain resident. She was a homemaker and mother. Doris enjoyed singing hymns and knitting. She was an excellent baker.
She will be dearly missed by her sons Arthur Tolento, Ricky (Molly) Tolento, Gabriel Tolento, James (Rosa) Tolento and Lewis (Dora) Tolento all of Lorain, Johnny Tolento of , Texas and Raymond Tolento of Cleveland; daughters Virginia (Chip) Montville of Hughesville, Pennsylvania, Rosie Atkinson and Helen Tolento both of Lorain, Lucia (Gerald) Childress of Mansfield and Maria (Reggie) Newson of Elyria
and many many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents Glenn and Ruth (née Dumas) Graham; Lee Graham, her twin brother Joe Graham; and sisters Ethel Graham and Rose Williams.
Her family will receive friends Friday from 9 until time of her funeral service at 11 AM at Crossroads Christian Center, 43824 State Route 511, Oberlin. Pastor Santos Davila will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Amherst Township.
