Christine A. Holcomb, 56, Loved watching sports
Christine A. Holcomb (nee Linna), 56, of Lorain, died Saturday May 23, 2015 at her home after a lengthy illness.
She was born February 27, 1959 in Bay Village and had resided in Lorain most of her life.
Christine worked at Lorain Products and cleaned homes. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved watching her brothers and nephews play sports.
She is survived by her children Breann Holcomb and Aaron Paul Holcomb, granddaughter Sophia Holcomb all of Vancouver, WA, father Paul Linna and brothers Craig Linna and David Linna, all of Lorain and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Ann Linna (nee Kuznar) in 2006 and sister Cynthia Zahorec in 2006.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 4-8 pm at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave, Lorain. A Christian Wake service will be held Thursday at 8:00 pm in the funeral chapel. Cremation will follow.
