Constance (Connie) Bodnar, 75, Loved to read

Connie was born February 19, 1940 in Lorain, and remained a lifelong resident.

She was a 1957 graduate of Clearview High School.

Connie was a member of Nativity BVM Parish. She loved to read, and was involved in all of her children’s activities. Her greatest joy in life was being a devoted loving mother and grandmother, supportive and encouraging of her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered as a life-long loyal friend to many.

Connie is remembered with love, and is survived by her husband of 53 years Arthur Bodnar. They were married January 6, 1962. Survivors also include a daughter Ruth Estep and her husband Lonnie of Pickerington, OH, son Paul Bodnar and his wife Susie of Pickerington, OH, son Mark Bodnar of Burbank, CA, grandchildren Ryan and Justin Estep, and Sarah Bodnar, sister Stephanie (Penny) Findish, brother Stephen (Bud) Bartos, loving cousins James Bartos and Patricia Foutz, nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Stephen and Emilia Bartos, and her sister Ruth Ann Bartos.

Funeral services for Constance (Connie) Bodnar, will be Friday May 29, 2015 beginning with prayers at 9:30 AM in the Funeral Home followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Nativity BVM Church.

Visitation will be Thursday from 5 PM to 8 PM in Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home, 2920 Broadway, Lorain.
