Luis Beauchamp, 74, Was in the construction trades in Puerto Rico

He was born June 6, 1940 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. He moved to Lorain in 1974 from Santruce, Puerto Rico. Mr. Beauchamp worked 20 years for Paddock Fishley Greenhouse in North Olmsted. Luis was in the construction trades in Puerto Rico. He was a member of Sacred Heart Chapel, Lorain.

He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 47 years Santa Elena Beauchamp (née Ramos); son Angel L. Beauchamp of Cleveland; daughters Carmen E. and Jeanette Beauchamp both of Cleveland; sisters Hilda Beauchamp of Tampa, Florida, and Ida Beauchamp and Esther Acevedo both of Carolina, Puerto Rico; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Luis was preceded in death by his parents Luis and Carmen (née Santiago) Beauchamp.

His family will receive friends on Wednesday at La Iglesia De Dios Pentecostal “Ebenezer” 3660 Globe Ave, Lorain, from 5 PM until the service at 7 PM. His funeral service will be Thursday at 10 AM. Pastor William Rios will officiate. Burial will follow at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.

His family suggests memorial contributions to the funeral home to offset burial expenses.
