Charlotte Engrish, 93, Will be Deeply Missed

She was born August 25, 1919 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain resident.
Charlotte attended St. Joseph grade school and Lorain High School before going to work at the Covault & Brobst Insurance Company in downtown Lorain. She remained at Covault & Brobst for 33 years until they merged with Reith Insurance also in downtown Lorain. After seven years with Reith Insurance, she retired.
She was a lifelong member of Lorain St. Joseph Church in Lorain until it's closing in 2010. She then became a member of St. Mary Church in Lorain.
She is survived by brothers Richard Feldkamp (Josie), Ronald Feldkamp (Elaine), Larry Feldkamp (Chris), brother-in-laws Joe Serfozo and Don Priebe, and sister-in-law Antoinette Feldkamp. Also surviving is her loving God Child and caregiver Betty Szucs, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Rudy Engrish in 2001. Her father Aloysius Reising in 1921, her parents George and Margaret Feldkamp (nee Kramer), brothers James Feldkamp, George Feldkamp, Gerald Feldkamp, sisters Marybelle Broadfoot, Janet Serfozo and Elaine Priebe.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 26, 2013 from 4-8 pm at Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home, 2920 Broadway in Lorain.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 27, 2013, beginning at 9:00 am prayers in the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am at St. Mary Church at 8th and Reid Ave. Father Daniel O. Divis, pastor, as celebrant and Deacon Lou Maldonado as concelebrant.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
