Jennifer Rae Patterson, 38, Enjoyed watching movies
Jennifer Rae Patterson, 38, of Lorain was granted her angel wings on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at Mercy Regional Medical Center, following a sudden illness.
Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Jennifer had touched in some small way throughout her life.
Jennifer was born September 30, 1973, was baptized at Hungarian Reformed Church and was a lifetime resident of Lorain. She was a 1995 graduate of Admiral King High School, and enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, word search puzzles and art projects. She also enjoyed being outside and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her mother Jacqueline (Cullen) Patterson of Lorain and her step-father, Elasar Martinez of Fort Worth, Texas, her father Paul Patterson and step-mother Debi of New London, brothers Adam and Alex Martinez of Lorain, Aaron (Rachel) Martinez of North Olmsted, Patrick Patterson of Columbus and sisters Tammy White of Ashland, Paula Patterson of Columbus and Payton Patterson of New London, loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by a sister Patty Redman, brother Jon Patterson, Godfather and uncle, Jerry Cullen, maternal grandparents Clarence and Ethel (Vigg) Cullen, paternal grandparents Luther and Mary Patterson.
A memorial service will be held Friday, January 13, 2012, at 11:00am at Amherst Congregational United Church of Christ, 379 S. Main Street, Amherst, Ohio.
