Ethel Irene Reising, 89, Enjoyed Knitting, Crocheting & Crafts

Ethel Irene Reising, 89, of Lorain, died Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at Ohio Extended Care Center following a lingering illness.

She was born July 18, 1915 and has been a lifelong resident of the area.

She was employed by the City of Lorain, Billing Department for the Lorain Water Department for 30 years, retiring in 1977.

She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, crafts, and camping.

Survivors include her brother, Lester Lewis of Amherst.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Frances Lewis, Sisters, Lenore Smith, Edna Krueger and Hazel Lewis, Brother George Lewis.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 11, 2005 from 10 a.m. till the time of service at 11 a.m. at the Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home, 2920 Broadway Avenue, Lorain. Services will be held at the funeral home at 11 a.m. with Rev. Matt Darrin officiating.

Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
