Richard Lee Bounds, 84, Enjoyed Woodworking

He was born Thursday, September 30, 1920 in Grafton, living in the Litchfield & LaGrange area all his life.

He was a member of the Church of the Open Door in Elyria. He is formerly employed by General Motors as a machinist and previously employed by Pfaudler in Elyria.

Mr. Bounds is a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during WWII in the Philippines.

He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and fishing.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy married 53 years, 6 Daughters Bonnie Wildman of Fremont, Ohio, Betty Jean Camp of Greenwich, Ohio, Karen Thacker of Nobleville, Ind., Cindy Lemmon of Wadsworth, Ohio, Patty Brownsburger of Phoenix, Az., Anne Bounds of Seattle, Wash., 1 Son David Bounds of LaGrange, Ohio, 16 Grand children & 6 Great Grand children., 1 Sister Jean Krieg of Pittsfield, Ohio.

He is proceded in death by 2 sisters & 1 brother, his parents Ernest & Rena Bounds.

Monday, January 24, 2005, evening from 7:00-9:00pm with funeral services Tuesday in the funeral home at 11:00am with Rev. Noel Hack pastor of the 1st Baptist Church of LaGrange officiating. Burial will be in River Rd. Cemetery, LaGrange Twp.
