Josephine Leon, 61, Beautician and homemaker
Josephine (nee Mulero) Leon, 61 of Lorain died unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 12, 2005 while visiting relatives in Puerto Rico.
Mrs. Leon was born on February 20, 1943 in Caguas, Puerto Rico and moved to Lorain in 1957.
She had been a beautician but most recently was a homemaker. She was a member of Sacred Heart Chapel.
Mrs. Leon is survived by a daughter, Ana Marina Leon Curry of Lorain, son, Roberto Leon Jr. of Lorain, 9 grandchildren, father Luciano Mulero of Lorain, sisters Cristina Barreiro, Maria Mulero both of Lorain, Sarah Mulero of Charlotte, NC, brothers Ferdinand (Freddy) Mulero, Manuel Mulero both of Lorain, Nepo ( Nick) Mulero of Charlotte, NC, and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother Ana (Figeruoa) Mulero, and a sister
Andrea Mulero.
Friends may call at Schwartz Spence Boyer & Cool Home for Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, OH, on Monday, January 17, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at 9:00 am at the funeral home followed by a 9:45 am Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Chapel in Lorain, OH, with Rev. Al Krupp officiating.
Josephine Leon will be buried at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain, OH.
