Kathryn Robey, 90, Enjoyed Reading

Mrs. Robey was born September 7, 1914 in Green Camp, Ohio and moved to Avon Lake nine years ago from Leesville, Ohio.

She was a member of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Avon Lake; Naomi Circle and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed reading, going out to eat and being with her family.

Mrs. Robey is survived by two sons, Thomas Gray of Arlington Heights, Illinois and Keith Gray of Apopka, Florida; a daughter, Randi (Ronald) Smarsh of Avon Lake and step-son, Frank Robey of New Washington, Ohio; eight grandchildren and three step-grandchildren and one great grandchild and six step-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Robey; a daughter, Nancy Rigney; a grandson, Keith Gray Jr. and her parents, Seth and Zella (nee Somerlot) Eisenbise.

Friends may call at the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 163 Avon-Belden Rd. Avon Lake Monday November 29 from 6-8pm, where a prayer service will be held at 8:00pm. Friends may also call at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home, 223 W. Main Street, Crestline, Ohio Tuesday November 30 from Noon until time of services at 1:00pm. Pastor Lynn Schlessman of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Avon Lake will officiate. Burial will follow at Crawford County Memorial Gardens, Crestline, Ohio.
