Salvatore P. Dellipoala, 79, Enjoyed Golf
Salvatore P. Dellipoala, 79 of Lorain died Thursday evening, November 25, 2004 at New Life Hospice Center at St. Joseph in Lorain, following a long illness.Mr. Dellipoala was born on January 31, 1925 in Lorain, and was a lifelong resident. He was a 1943 graduate of Lorain High School. He was a member of the Episcopal Church Of The Redeemer in Lorain.
He had been employed by the former Lorain Products as a foreman in the sheet metal department. He retired in 1980 after 23 years service. He enjoyed golf, hunting and his family.
Mr. Dellipoala is survived by his wife Elaine L. (nee Kibbe) Dellipoala to whom he was married on September 8, 1942, two sons, Frank L. Dellipoala of Lorain, Sam P Dellipoala of Cunning GA, 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, brother Frank J. Dellipoala, and sisters Jenny Dellipoala and Josephine Schmidt both of Lorain.
He is preceded in death by his parents Dominck and Annuzitata (nee Bocanya) Dellipoala.
Family services will be officiated by Rev. Stephen Sedgwick, rector of the Espicopal Church of the Redeemer.
Salvatore P. Dellipoala will be buried at Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Amherst Twp., OH.
