Survivors include parents, Jose Matos and Crystal Nevedale; brothers, Alex and Jose Matos, at home; maternal grandfather, Keith Nevedale, Mansfield; paternal grandfather, Samuel Mass, Lorain, paternal grandmother, Anna Matos, Puerto Rico, great grandmother: Patty Nevedale, Vermilion and great grandmother, Georgia Wright; several cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Robert Joseph Nevedale on July 17, 2004.

Friends may call at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion Wednesday, November 24, 2004 from 11 a.m. until the time of a graveside service at noon at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion. Pastor Chuck Davis of the First Assembly of Cod Church, Vermilion, will officiate.
