Peter Kenny, 68, Owner of Brie Office Cleaning

Mr. Kenny was born, February 18, 1936 in Cleveland, and was a longtime Avon Lake resident.

Mr. Kenny was owner of Brie Office Cleaning, Avon Lake and formerly worked in food service and owned two convenience stores where most of his children work as they were growing up.

Mr. Kenny was a graduate of Cathedral Latin High School, Cleveland in 1954. He served in the US Army from 1956 to 1958. He was an active member of Sts. Cyril and Methodius, Lakewood.

Mr. Kenny is survived by his wife of 45 years, Mary B. (nee McLaughlin) Kenny and 6 sons: Jerry Kenny (Judy), of NY, NY, Sean Kenny (Robin) of Rocky River, James Kenny (Alice) of Lakewood, Michael Kenny (Tammy) of Keller, TX, Patrick Kenny (Rebecca) of Avon Lake and John Kenny of Avon Lake and 6 daughters: Maureen Hosier (Larry) of Avon Lake, Mary Biblar (Matt) of Lakewood, Kathleen Mcouire (Scott) of Cleveland, Monica Kenny of Avon Lake, Anna Kenny of Avon Lake and Brenda Kenny of Avon Lake. Other survivors include 12 grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Busch Funeral Home, 163 Avon-Belden Rd. Avon Lake, Tuesday, November 23 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, November 24, 2004 at St. Clarence Church, 30106 Lorain Rd., North Olmsted at 10 a.m. Fr. Thomas Flynn of St. Clarence Church and Fr. Jerome Duke of Ss. Cyril and Methodius will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Elyria.
