Jacqueline M. Woodings, 76, Lifelong resident
Jacqueline M. Woodings (nee Muir) 76, of Lorain died Sunday, October 31, 2004 at Community Health Partners & Surgical Center in Lorain following a long illness.Mrs. Woodings was born on August 8, 1928 in Lorain, OH living here all her life.
She volunteered for 10 years with the Girls Scouts and Brownies. She has been employed as a cashier with the Kroger, Fisher and Meyer Goldberg grocery stores in Lorain.
Mrs. Woodings is survived by her husband Raymond Woodings of Lorain, her three sons, Bruce Woodings of Houston, TX, Jeffrey Woodings of Amherst, and Randy Woodings of Lorain, and 5 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents Robert T. and Alma (nee Needing) Muir, and her brother Richard C. Muir.
Friends may call at Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home for Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio 44052 on Wednesday, November 3, 2004 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
Funeral services will be held on November 4, 2004 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Mark Pemberton, pastor of the St. Peter United Church of Christ in Amherst officiating.
Jacqueline M. Woodings will be buried at Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Amherst Twp., OH.
