Gary R. Schneider, 40, Vice President and Plant Manager of National Office Services

Gary R. Schneider, age 40, a life long resident of Avon Lake, passed away, suddenly, Friday, October 9 at his home.

He was born, June 16, 1964 in Lorain.

Mr. Schneider was plant manager and co-owner of National Office Services, Cleveland. He was a 1982 graduate of Avon Lake High School and enjoyed golf, jet-skiing and boating.

Mr. Schneider is survived by his wife: Lula (nee Walker) and son Jesse Robert Schneider. Other survivors include his parents: Robert and Linda (nee Thellman); maternal grandmother Jean Thellman; brother: Greg R. Schneider of Avon Lake; step children: Penny Opdyke of Lorain, Amber Opdyke of Lorain, Shawn Walker of Lorain and Sherry Walker of Cleveland. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren: Brionna, DArron, Darrian, Justus, Alexia and Angel.

Friends may call at the Busch Funeral Home, 163 Avon-Belden Rd., Avon Lake, Tuesday, October 12 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be private.
