Beatrice L. Nimon, 88, Owned and operated the Nimon Company

She was born in Elyria, Ohio on September 3, 1916 and was a life long resident of Lorain County.
Beatrice was a graduate of Lorain High School class of 1934B. She was a member of the Kipton Community Church. While living in Lorain, she was an active member of the Christian Temple-Disciples of Christ. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Queen City Chapter #66.
Mrs. Nimon and her late husband, Wesley, owned and operated the Nimon Company in Lorain from 1945 until their retirement in 1976. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing cards and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter: Beverly R. Schramm of Oberlin, Ohio; sons: James W. Nimon of Lorain, Ohio, Kenneth A. Nimon of Oberlin, Ohio, 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, brother Maurice Bilby of Berlin Heights, Ohio and sister Leona Busch of Ft. Myers, Florida.
Mrs. Nimon was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley on November 5, 2003 and her parents Fred and Loretta (nee Meesig) Bilby.
Friends may call at the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home for Funerals, 1124 W. 5th St., Lorain, Ohio on Thursday, October 7, 2004 from 4 to 7 p.m. followed by an Eastern Star memorial service at 7:00 p.m. conducted by O.E.S. Queen City Chapter # 66.
Funeral services will be Friday, October 8, 2004 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Lee Stull, pastor of the Kipton Community Church, officiating.
Burial will be in the Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
