Montana Jean Lopatkovich, 88, Enjoyed Traveling

Montana Jean Lopatkovich (nee Urban), 88, of Lorain, died Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at her home.

She was born June 8, 1915 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident. She was a. graduate of the 1935A class of Lorain High School.

Mrs. Lopatkovich worked as a clerk for the Thew Shovel Division of the Koehring Company in Lorain for 30 years retiring in 1975. She enjoyed traveling.

She is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband George Lopatkovich in 2002, parents John & Sofia (nee Vrbensky) Urban sisters Julia White, Helen Ganobcik, Ida Lopatkovich and Margaret Gusky and brothers Rudolph Urban, Marcellus Urban and Michael Urban.

Friends may call Sunday 5-8 PM at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain where funeral services will be held Monday at 10:00 AM. The Rev. David Novak, pastor of Holy Trinity Catholic Church of Lorain will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park Amherst Township.
