Anna F. Miller, 88, Enjoyed reading and needlepoint
Anna F. Miller, age 88, of Lorain, died Tuesday, March 16, 2004 at Ohio Extended Care Center.
She was born September 19, 1915 in Grafton, OH. Anna had lived in Lorain since 1981, moving from Elyria.
Anna had been employed at Elyria Memorial Hospital. She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Lorain. She enjoyed reading and needlepoint.
She is survived by her nephew: Robert A. Burke and his wife Susan; their daughters: Meghan, Molly, and Mary; her nephew: Jerome F. Burke; and his children: Jerome and Barbara. They will miss her wonderful sense of humor.
Preceding her in death were her parents: Frank and Hattie (nee Glowski) Tarnowski; her brother: Anthony Tarnowski; and her sister: Marian Burke.
A Graveside Service will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery; 7284 Lake Avenue, Elyria, at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 20, 2004. The Rev. David Woost, associate pastor of the Catholic Church of St. Peter, will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association; 12200 Fairhill Road, Cleveland, OH 44120.
