Millie Hryciuk, 83, Homemaker, enjoyed cooking, music, and her family
Millie Hryciuk (nee Lech), age 83, of Cleveland, passed away, Sunday, March 2, 2003 at Good Samaritan Skilled Nursing Center, following complications of Alzheimer’s. Mrs. Hryciuk was born, December 1, 1919 in Cleveland and had lived there until moving to Avon 10 years ago.She was a homemaker, enjoyed cooking, music, and most especially spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mrs. Hryciuk is survived by two daughters, Mary Ann Barren (Frank) of Gross Ile, MI and Alberta Keeling (Jerry) of Avon. Other survivors include 6 grandchildren: Butch, Chris, Cheryl, Eva, Angela, and Frankie, 7 great grandchildren: Lauren, Katie, Jenny, Julia, Alex, Nick, and Hailey, a sister Lena Mistruck of Cleveland. Besides her husband, Alex, she is preceded in death by a son, Billy, a sister Helen Lech, brother Stanley Lech, and parents, Michael and Josephine (nee Majka) Lech.
Friends may call at the Busch-Burmeister Family Chapel, 32000 Detroit Rd., Avon, from 4-8 pm Wednesday, March 5, 2003. Funeral services will be held at the Funeral Home, Thursday, March 6, 2003 at 10:00 am. Fr. John Misenko of Holy Trinity Church, Avon, will officiate. Interment will follow in Elmhurst Park Cemetery, Avon. Memorials may be forwarded to the Alzheimer’s Association, 12200 Fairhill Rd., Cleveland, Ohio 44120.
