Dale Patrick Abraham, 42, Loved to help people and spend time with his family and friends
Dale Patrick Abraham, 42 years of age, and a resident of Amherst, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2003 at Community Health Partners, Lorain following a lengthy illness. He was born March 12, 1960 in Amherst where he lived most of his life.Dale was a handyman by trade and owned his own plumbing business, Abraham Plumbing and Heating, for seven years. He loved to help people and to spend time with his family and friends. He was a family man who was deeply rooted in his Christian faith that he loved to share.
Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Tamela Abraham (nee Krieg); his son David Nathan Abraham and Aaron Joseph Abraham; both at home; his daughter Leah Naomi Abraham at home; his parents Joseph and Jessie (nee: Crace) Abraham of Amherst; and his brothers Dennis, Gregory, and Joseph James Abraham, all of Amherst, John Abraham of Elyria, and Timothy Abraham of Oberlin.
He was preceded in death by his brother David Abraham in 1972.
Friends may call Wednesday, February19, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Hempel Funeral Home, 373 Cleveland Ave., Amherst. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 am from the funeral home. Burial will be in Kendeigh Corners Cemetery, Amherst.
