George F. Kinlin, 60, Enjoyed taking vacations
George F. Kinlin, 60 years of age, and a resident of Lorain, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2003 at his home. He was born June 25, 1942 in Boston, Mass. Where he was raised. He has lived in Lorain since 1978.George worked as a car wholesaler for several local dealerships and enjoyed taking vacations.
Survivors include his son Michael Kinlin of Columbia Station; his brother, Donald Kinlin of Dayton; his sisters, Lucy Thorton of Deltona, FL., Dottie McDonald of Scituate, Mass., Marilyn Harris of Bridgewater, Mass.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Kinlin; his sisters, Barbara Thompson, Joan Romanus and Ruth O'Neil; and by his parents Joseph and Ruth Kinlin (nee Burne).
Friends may call Friday from 4-7 pm at the Hempel Funeral Home; 373 Cleveland Ave., Amherst. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm at the funeral home. The Rev. Fr. Lawrence Martello, pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church, will officiate.
