Eleanor A. Ingrassia, (nee Kostelnik), 73, of Sheffield Township, died on Sunday, December 15, 2002 at Community Health Partners Hospital and Surgical Center-West, Lorain following a lengthy illness. She was born on September 29, 1929, in Lorain where she has been a lifelong resident. Eleanor enjoyed reading.She is survived by her husband of 51 years: Russell, daughters: Ellen Ingrassia, of Avon Lake, Nancy Bacher, of Lorain, Julie Schneider, of Vermillion, Barbara Turner, of Huron, 5 grandchildren and sister: Helen Stuart, of Charlotte, North Carolina. She is preceded in death by her parents: Joseph and Mary (nee Chrustic) Kostelnik.
Private services were held by the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain. Contributions can be made if desired to the Salvation Army, 2506 Broadway Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44052.
