Hazel Marie Jensen, 87, Enjoyed reading, working, and spending time with her family

Mrs. Jensen was born, February 22, 1915 and had lived in Avon her entire life.

She was a 1933 graduate of Avon High School, a member of St. Mary Church and had worked for the family business, Jensen Greenhouse, Avon. She enjoyed reading, working, and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Jensen is survived by sons, Louis (Jean) of Avon, John (Liz) of Avon, Allen of Avon and David of Denver, CO and daughters Margaret Holland (Robert) of Avon, Betty Jensen of Houston and Joan Hagedorn (Allen) of Avon. Other survivors include 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a sister Alice Guggenbiller (Joseph) of North Ridgeville. She is preceded in death by her husband William A. Jensen, parents Joseph G. and Lena Klingshirn and a grandson, Keith.

Friends may call at the Busch-Burmeister Family Chapel, 32000 Detroit Rd., Avon, Friday, December 6, 2002 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held, Saturday, December 7, 2002 in St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church, 2640 Stoney Ridge Rd., Avon at 10:00 a.m. Fr. Thomas Cleaton of the church will officiate. Interment will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Avon.
