Judi B. Koski, 59, Member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church

Judi B. Koski, (nee Bodnar), 59, of Staley, North Carolina, died Sunday, December 1, 2002 at her residence following a lengthy illness.

Born February 24, 1943 in Lorain, she has lived in Staley, NC since 2000.

She was a 1961 graduate of Lorain High School, and attended Lorain Community College. She worked for Ford Motor Co. Avon Plant from 1992-1996. Prior to that she worked as a medical secretary for Randolph Hospital in Ashebord, NC from 1988-1992. She worked as a medical secretary for Lorain Community Hospital from 1978-1985.

She was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Lorain, and St. Joseph in North Carolina. She was also a member of the United Auto Workers Union Local 2000.

Surviving is her son, Jeff Koski, of London, Ontario, daughters, Cathy Kirkman, of Staley, NC, Cindy Cogar, of Sheffield Lake, 8 grandchildren, her mother, Ida Bodnar, of Lorain, brothers, Jack J. Bodnar, of Staley, NC, and Bob M. Bodnar, of Lorain, sister, Darla A. Trepoy, of Lorain. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph M. Bodnar, in 1980.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 3, 2002 form 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain, where funeral services will be Wednesday, December 4, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. followed by mass at 11:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Lorain. Rev. Fr. Robert Glepko, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
