Margaret A. Hospodar, 83, Enjoyed Cooking and Baking
Margaret A. Hospodar, (nee Rebman), age 83, of Lorain died Wednesday, November 17, 2002 at the New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph following an extended illness.She was born February 23, 1919 in Lorain and had been a life long resident of the city.
Mrs. Hospodar was a parishioner of St. Nicholas Byzantine Rite Catholic Church in Lorain. She was formerly employed as a clerk at the Grove Avenue Lawson Dairy Company store for many years.
Her hobbies included cooking and baking.
She is survived by brothers: John and Eugene Rebman both of Lorain, and Art Rebman of Norfolk, Virginia. Her husband, Edward passed away on November 28, 2002 after being stricken suddenly with an apparent heart attack.
She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Margaret (nee Zettel) Rebman, and sisters: Lena Mikulan and Kathleen Boey.
Graveside services will be Saturday, December 17, 2002 at Calvary Cemetery, 555 North Ridge Road, Lorain with the Rev. James Batcha, pastor of St. Nicholas Byzantine Rite Catholic Church officiating.
The family suggests memorials in her memory to the New Life Hospice, 5255 North Abbe Road, Elyria, Ohio 44035.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, Lorain.
