Timothy Michael O'Stasik, 41, Enjoyed Sports

He was born August 9, 1961 in Cleveland, Ohio. He has been a Vermilion resident for the past 10 years moving from Brooklyn.

He worked for Wood Concepts in Cleveland for the past 2 years. He worked at Displays, Displays Displays, Inc. in Lorain for 5 years and Wigard Co. in Avon for 5 years.

He enjoyed sports.

Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Sandra (nee Schortt), a son, Nicholas Michael O'Stasik, a daughter, Stephanie A. O'Stasik both at home. Other survivors include his father, Thomas O'Stasik, of Concord, TN, a brother, Tom O'Stasik of San Francisco, CA, a sister, Cindy Schafter of Hinckley, OH and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his mother Betty (nee Gravenstreeter) O'Stasik.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio.

Services will be held at the Riddle Funeral Home, Monday, November 11, 2002 at 1:00 p.m., Sr. Eve Marie Korzym, pastoral associate of St. Mary Catholic Church, Vermilion, will officiate. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion, Ohio.
