Eliecer Rodriguez, 63, Former Lorain Resident
Eliecer Rodriguez, age 63, of Elyria, formerly of Lorain, died on Wednesday, October 9, 2002 at his residence, following a lengthy illness.Born on October 5, 1939 in Havana, Cuba, he moved to Miami in 1991 and to Lorain in 1999.
He was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church, Elyria.
He is survived by his wife of 12 years; Milagros C. Caridad, daughter: Janet Rodriguez, sons: Alexis Rodriguez, of Miami, FL, Niazzy Rodriguez, Dixon Rodriguez, USA Rodriguez, Jefferson Rodriguez, Guarberto Rodriguez and Martin Rodriguez, all of Cuba, sisters: Aida Rodriguez, Esther Rodriguez, Ana Rodriguez and Isabel Rodriguez, all of Cuba.
His mother, Maria E. Suarez, preceded him in death in 2001 and father, Ramon Rodriguez.
Private services were held in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain. Burial was held at Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain.
