Ruth Duff, 72, Enjoyed Gardening and Country Music
Ruth Duff, (nee Bungard), age 72, of Lorain, died on Tuesday, October 1, 2002 at her home following a lengthy illness.Born on September 26, 1930 in Green County, PA, she moved to Lorain in 1952.
Ruth enjoyed gardening and country music.
She is survived by her 4 sons: Paul Brewer, William Brewer, both of Lorain, Howard Duff, of Elyria, Jason Duff of Lorain, step-son: Frank Duff of Richmond, IN, 3 daughters: Shirley Maldonado, Beverly Gonzales, Josephine Maldonado, all of Lorain, step-daughter: Linda Sue Brumfield, Richmond, IN, 19 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters: Virginia Pugh, of Akron, and Juanita Vath of PA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter in 1981, daughter, Joann Marie Brewer, brothers, Elwood Bungard, John Bungard, and Roy Bungard.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 4, 2002 from 2-4 an d7-9 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain where funeral services will be Saturday, October 5th at 10 a.m. Rev. Don Daniel, associate pastor of Beacon Baptist Church, Lorain will officiate.
Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Twp.
