Connie Lynn Beecher, 45, Nurse

Connie Lynn Beecher (nee Hamilton), age 45, of Whitehouse, Ohio died Sunday, September 8, 2002 at St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee, Ohio following an extended illness.

She was born March 24, 1957 in Pikeville, Kentucky and moved to Lorain in 1958. She had also been a resident of Wilmington, Ohio and Ft. Wayne, IN before moving to Whitehouse 10 years ago.

A 1975 graduate of the former Lorain High School, she completed her Nursing degree through Lorain County Community College and had been formerly employed as a Registered Nurse at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio for six years.

She was a member of Zoar Lutheran Church in Perrysburg, Ohio.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years: Glen A., a daughter: Jacolyn C. Beecher of Whitehouse, her mother: Liza Hamilton-Ladikos (nee Howell) of North Ridgeville, and brothers: Tony and Randy Hamilton of North Ridgeville. She was preceded in death by her father: Ermel Hamilton and a sister: Kathie Kalo.

Friends may call Tuesday, September 10, 2002 from 2 to 9 p.m. in the Peinert Funeral Home, 6603 Providence Street in Whitehouse. Friends may also call Wednesday, from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 2:00 p.m. in the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway, Lorain. The Rev. Dr. Terry Parker, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church in Vermilion, will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
